Accelerate your career
We start a new AI Accelerator Programme for tech enthusiasts who have either a master's degree or PhD in the fields of data science, machine learning or large language models (generative AI). Accelerator is a proven way to bring in fresh talents from universities into Ingka Group Digital, fast-tracking their learning journey by being fully embedded in the business. The programme consists of up to 25 people who will go through a six-month learning journey combined with business projects.
